Cable Head Highlands is located steps from the ocean and a beautiful (mainly private) beach with easy (no cliffs) access. Designed for easy and comfortable beach living, the kitchen, dining and living room are combined into a 30'x30' area with a 14' high pine ceiling and leads directly to the expansive oceanfront screen porch. The perfect spot to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, your morning coffee or daydreaming!
The wall of windows makes the living area bright and welcomes the fresh ocean breeze indoors. From almost every area in the home, the ocean can be seen and heard. At night, the comfortable living furnishings invite you to curl up with a book, watch some TV or engage in a family game night. What else are vacations for? The fireplace makes the home warm and cozy on cooler nights while adding a nice ambiance throughout.
The completely equipped kitchen includes all the essentials - dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave - everything you'd require to make a house a home. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers convenient and family-friendly seating around a farmhouse table.
The bedrooms are in either wing of the cottage - there is a master on the west side - complete with ensuite bath (shower, toilet and sink) and then the other 3 bedrooms are on the east side and share a full bathroom (tub/shower, toilet and sink). The two master bedrooms (a queen bed in each) have high coffered ceilings and two windows looking out on the ocean. These bedrooms also boast in-wall and very quiet air conditioners. The third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a single over double bunk bed.
Indoors and out join on the home's oceanside, where a completely screened deck with 10' wood ceilings span the entire front. One side is given over to al fresco dining while the other is devoted to comfort lounging. The large lawn is a safe area for sunning, running and playing on the enclosed trampoline. The custom outdoor shower is perfect to wash off after a memorable day at the beach or cool off in the midst of a beautiful summer day!
The home provides a fully equipped kitchen, full laundry, satellite TV, wifi, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a BBQ. Bonfires are permitted on the beach.
Cable Head Highlands is located just 25 minutes from the famous Links at Crowbush Cove, 20 minutes to the town of Morell and less than an hour from Charlottetown.
